This antique clear glass perfume bottle features the embossed marking “PAT D.95854” on the base. The design was patented in 1935 by Frank McLaughlin and assigned to the Carr-Lowrey Glass Company of Baltimore, Maryland, a manufacturer well known for producing perfume and cosmetic bottles during the early 20th century.
The bottle has a wonderfully sculptural Art Deco form with a narrow waist, flared lower body, thick molded glass, and threaded neck. It was originally designed for use with an atomizer or perfume fitting.
The original atomizer assembly or closure is no longer present, so this listing is for the glass bottle only.
