The piece features an angular geometric form, textured pressed-glass panels, raised feet, and a matching faceted cover. Under UV light, the clear glass displays a green reaction, adding another layer of interest for collectors of antique and reactive glass.

Condition:
This piece is more than 100 years old and shows age-related wear consistent with antique pressed glass.
Upon a recent close inspection under bright light, I noted scattered small chips, flea bites, edge roughness, and areas of shallow flaking. These are present primarily along portions of the lid and base edges, as well as at several corners/foot areas and along the underside.
There are some slightly larger shallow chips at a few of the angular edges and feet. Please review the close-up condition photos carefully, as they are included specifically to document these areas.
No major through-cracks or large missing sections were observed.
Despite these age-related imperfections, the piece remains structurally intact, displays beautifully, and the lid continues to sit properly on the base.
Because antique EAPG frequently shows rim roughness, mold irregularities, bubbles, and small edge flakes from both manufacture and more than a century of use, these imperfections are part of this particular piece's history. The price reflects its present condition.
