This spectacular antique clear glass bowl was produced by the Imperial Glass Company of Bellaire, Ohio in its ornate Fashion pattern, No. 402, introduced around 1908.
Designed during the Early American Pattern Glass era, Fashion features an elaborate combination of hobstar-style medallions, geometric points, textured panels and smaller rosette details that create the sparkling appearance of cut crystal.
What really sets this piece apart is its dramatic crimped form. The rim rises and falls into deep waves and sculptural points, transforming the traditional pressed-glass pattern into a striking centerpiece from every angle.
The clear glass catches light beautifully and reveals an incredible amount of detail throughout the bowl, including a radiant starburst design at the center.
An added bonus for collectors, the clear glass appears to contain manganese and shows UV / black light reactivity.

Good antique condition with light age-appropriate wear. This early pressed glass shows typical manufacturing characteristics such as mold seams, tiny bubbles, and minor irregularities. One small rough area is present on the rim and is shown in the close-up photos; this may be a tiny flea bite/chip or a manufacturing defect from production. The glass is also black light reactive and appears to contain manganese.
