This vintage Avon milk-glass piece is the base from the 1973 Hobnail Fairy Light, also sold as a Patio Perfumed Candle Holder.
The opaque white glass features a raised hobnail pattern, decorative scalloped band, and fluted pedestal base. It can still be used on its own as a votive or battery-operated tea-light holder, or purchased as a replacement base for someone completing an original Avon fairy lamp.
