Made in Japan between approximately 1961 and 1976, the discontinued Rosay pattern #6216 features soft gray and white roses on bright white porcelain, finished with a delicate platinum rim.

This collection provides a five-piece service for 12, along with coordinating soup bowls, dessert bowls, a teapot, vegetable bowls, serving platters, a creamer, and a gravy boat.

Condition

Very good vintage condition overall.

One dinner plate has a chip along the rim, as shown in the photographs. No other chips, cracks, or repairs were observed. The floral decoration and platinum trim show very little visible wear.

Vintage pieces may display minor surface marks or variations consistent with age and previous use. Please review all photographs closely, especially the photograph showing the chipped plate.

Care

Because of the metallic platinum trim, this china is not microwave safe. Hand washing is recommended to preserve the decoration and finish.
